Fabrication and Manufacturing ______________________________
Communicating with CAD through the Internet allow us to work closely with many other partners in a timely manner - permitting us to offer virtually any process available. This capability provides the ability to fabricate any product that is required.
A high amperage arc between a carbon rod and material to melt metal is used in this process. Compressed air blows away the molten metal. Precise removal of material without cutting completely through makes this an ideal device in extremely difficult situations. It also gives the capability to work with large thick sections quickly and efficiently.
In this process metal is heated with an oxygen acetylene torch to a prescribed temperature such that a specialized powder bonds to the base metal.This method is not only a great way to hard surface in a thin layer but is also effective in building up parts that need resurfacing
During this process metal is cut with an oxygen acetylene torch from a pattern traced on paper. A CAD program used to create the patterns allows for complex shapes with nonstandard geometry to be traced.The ability to cut Complex to simple shapes in small volumes makes this a perfect machine for minimum production runs and one offs for custom builds.Rebuilding and reproducing worn out parts and their components is also simple with this machine.
